Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over $65 may qualify for free shipping.
Packaging
All liquid culture syringes are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. We use protective packaging to ensure that the syringes remain intact and arrive safely. Please note that while we make every effort to securely package your order, we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur once the package is in transit.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays or import duties. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of liquid culture syringes, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for assistance. We will be happy to resolve the issue.
